Shipping Policy

  • Processing: Orders ship within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri).

  • Domestic Shipping:

    • Standard (2-7 days): $5 AUD (via Australia post)

    • Express (1-3 days): $12.95 AUD (via Australia Post/StarTrack)

  • Tracking: Sent via email. Rural/remote areas? Allow extra time.

  • International? Not yet—follow us for updates! 🌏

🔙 Returns

  • Change of Mind? Return unopened bags within 14 days for a refund (minus shipping).

  • Quality Issue? Email tea2change@gmail.com within 7 days for a full refund/replacement (no return needed).

  • Lost in transit? We’ll reship or refund just send photos + order #.
